Mongolian Beef.

2 lbs flank steak, round tip steak,or sirloin

¼ cup cornstarch

1 Tbsp oil

1 tsp garlic

½ cup low sodium soy sauce

½ cup brown sugar

1 cup grated carrots

Chopped green onions or parsley

Cooked, unsalted basmati rice or yellow rice

Slice steak into strips and coat with cornstarch.  Place in a crockpot.  Mix oil, garlic, soy sauce, and brown sugar together and pour over meat. Add carrots to meat mixture.  Cook on high for 2-3 hours or 4-5 hours on low.

Serve over rice. Garnish with green onions.
